Lliswerry High School is a thriving, multi-cultural, 11-18 mixed comprehensive school on the eastern side of Newport close to the M4. We
currently have a superb opportunity for a talented, passionate and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our school.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player who will work closely in the classroom under the direct instruction of the teaching/senior staff to support the delivery of teaching and learning. You will have:

A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
-
Experience of working with young people aged 11-18
-
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff
-
Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of learners and build positive relationships
