The Head Teacher, staff, children and Governing Body of Clytha Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative teacher with a proven record in Early Years to join our happy and highly-effective team. We aim to continually develop our early years pedagogy, to provide the best possible start to learning. Our highly-skilled staff create highly effective and inclusive learning environments using rich, authentic and purposeful learning experiences indoors and out. We are looking for a highly motivated teacher who understands and implements a play based pedagogy which ensures engaging learning experiences that supports holistic development and progress over time for all learners . The post is full-time and permanent, starting on the 1st September, 2025 pending pre-employment and safeguarding checks.
We are looking for an exceptional, inspirational, enthusiastic and knowledgeable practitioner who is interested in children's holistic development within a broad and balanced curriculum. You will have a good understanding of observational assessment and responsive planning.
